PROJECTS

Current Project

119 S. Cochran Ave.

119 is a historic brick building in the downtown district.  A complete new façade was needed due to deferred maintenance and structural failing.  This project required completely removing the front of the building and starting over.  Many of the bricks from the 1800s where repurposed for the reconstruction on this façade.   This new façade is set for completion in May of 2018.

COMPLETED PROJECTS

THE SHELDON ESTATE

The Sheldon Estate is just that, an estate.  With a 4,200 sg ft victorian home, a 1200 sq ft bungalow house, and 3 car garage with an 900 sq ft of living space above.  This property had been neglected for years.  We set forward with a plan to upgrade most interior and exterior components of this property.  She is a grand estate and serving families as a Muiti-Unit residence.  This project coincided with the rebuilding of the street its located on, so it was a significant impact to the neighbor hood when both were completed.

112 S. Cochran Ave.

This massive three story historic building was built in the mid 1800s.  The first floor has served as a restaurant for decades.  A new patio, breezeway, façade and full remodel have captured the potential of this grand old building.  It recently housed The Dolson  restaurant, a concept that was started in 2016 and opened in 2017.  Although the Dolson closed in 2018 the property has been redeveloped and will see a new restaurant occupy the space in 2018.

LAWRENCE MANOR

In November of 2014 we purchased this 5 Unit residential property.  It certainly had potential but was suffering from deferred maintenance.  We decided as we were improving the inside to make the property a 4 unit.  This allowed for a better layout and more functional multi-unit living.  We then began an ambitious exterior remodel that makes for a great before and after.  Lawrence Manor is located in the downtown district and close to many eateries, shops and the theater.

BOSTWICK PLACE

Fully remodeled in 2006 this 9 unit residential property serves primarily seniors and is located in the downtown district.  It is located just across the parking lot from The Dolson, Tavern & Eatery.
